I’ll skip the details of my ‘leave’ and just delve straight into the content for the day. Of course, I must add that I’m absolutely delighted to be back here with you.
I’m so excited to share something I have been working on for sometime now, something I call – seasoned leadership.
Let me give you a tiny glimpse into this fresh scope of leadership.
In all the research I have carried out on leadership, the one thing i’ve discovered and learnt from successful leaders is this: productive leadership relies hugely on the ability of the leader to know the WHAT, the HOW and the WHEN. Almost everything (I dare say) a leader does and leads his/her team to do depends hugely on a knowledge and an understanding of what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
The result of my research (and a combination of my philosophy and mission) gave birth to: seasoned leadership!
If I were to define seasoned leadership, here’s what I’d say: seasoned leadership means to have S.A.L.T. qualities, as a leader.
Wondering what that means? Good, I hoped you would. I’ll talk about that in my next post. Till then, cash in on my lonnngggggg rigorous months of research and begin to work towards being a productive or more productive leader (as the case may be). Lead with the mindset of the WHAT, the HOW and the WHEN and keep advancing!
Lead right and live light
